IPCX upgrade question

In the doc, it's mention to copy the tar file (the file containing the upgrade) on each node of the cluster. Do I have to copy it on a specific location ? Like c:\program file\CRS4patch ?

Because actually when I start the upgrade ipcx 4 -> 4SR1, i got a msg: "unable to copy..." on the node.

p.s. I'm running OS 2000.4.2 and it's a fresh install.

Hi,

You have to copy the tar file(the file containing the upgrade) to both BARS machine as well as all the nodes in the CRS clusters. There is no need to copy to any specfic location.
