Calls coming through IPCC are showing caller id as From CTI Port xxxx.
It is not showing the actual calling party name.
I am calling from my extension (6064) to 6888 (Helpdesk CTI route point)
The call will hit the cti route point and will check all the CTI ports ( from 1500 to 1599) and will throw the call to Extension 6926 ( Right now The only available ip phone in helpdesk)
In this scenario its an internal call (means both the ip phone are on same desk n same CM)
But still the 6926 is getting From CTI PORT 1500 as a caller ID but not 6064.
