how to bind the iscsi driver to a different Ip address

What platform are you using and what is the version number of the driver?

cisco 421.

i can not find anywere in the registry or files where the iscsi interface gets bound to an ip address.

I have found where it does get bound to an andapter, but in my case i have multiple ips on one adaper.
