Solved: Deleting User ID in CCM 4.1.3

Have user that has had a name change which user also has a new user ID. According to manual User ID's are not allow to be modified. Is there a way to delete the user ID in question and create new User ID and associate with same phone?

You can associate a phone to multiple users if you want to. So if you have both ids already defined, go ahead and associate the new user id with the same phone and then delete the old user id.
