Is there a doc out there describes each field in the UnityDB tables?
More specifically, I am wondering what the "pwtimelasthack" column is in the Subscriber table.

Hello - that particular field is the date/time of the last invalid password attempt.
As for a doc - I highly recommend using CUDLE which allows you to browse the database *and* has column level documentation for many of the column.
