CSA 5.0 Host Managing Task Permissions

When I try to make a change to the Host Managing Tasks section, I receive the following, even though I'm logged in as admin:

"You have insufficient rights to perform this operation"

I've checked the user configuration for admin and all boxes under roles are checked.

Has anyone had this problem?
