Is there anyway to store a long distance access code as a speed dial or something else so that whenever user gets promt he can press single button.

Any other workarounds are welcome.

  • Cisco Employee,

what exactly are you trying to do? It appears that if a call comes in with a caller id of 212-555-1212, you want users to be able to just redial, and you want the CCM to introduce a 91 in front of the number. There are some service parameters that you can setup for this to work. You can also use translation rules for this.

Are you referring to CallManager's Forced Authorization Codes (FACs). My understanding is that if FACs are enabled, you can not store the codes as a speed dial (you have to manually input the code after the two beeps).
