Hi,


I have an issue with LMS 2.5.1 and user tracking . We see a lot of hosts in user tracking table but without IP address, if I check on the router I can see the machine in the ARP table. I enabled ping sweep and delete after every major acquisition but this doesn't help.

Did someone have this issue already ?

It might provide more insight into what's going on...

Are you ping sweeping something like /8, /16 (class A & B) subnets? UT won't try to ping big ranges.


Are the routers managed in Campus and "all is well" with them?
