Last night i upgraded from

c3560-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB

to

c3560-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEE

Now i no longer have access to the pretty device manager i use to have. i have a web interface but its just some basic text that runs basic commands. HOw can i get this back? also do i need to upgrade the image again to be able to use SSH on the switch? I try to set the crypto key but do not have access to that commad.

My first guess would be that you only upgraded the .bin file and didn't bring in the entire .tar file which also includes the http file you'd need. Or, maybe you haven't reloaded the switch yet, upgrades can put the http files into different locations than the original ones and therefore can't find the need files.

another thought, is the new version one that you can only access the web interface by downloading and installing the Cisco Network Assistant and accessing the web interface through there.
