I have recently acquired cisco IPCC Express4.0-premium. I need to install it in my Call center, and i need to record all the outbound calls. i have heard that Cisco IPCC supports outbound call recording through some script. Could someone kindly guide me whether scripting is necessary or is there some biult-in outbound recording function in IPCC. I also need to know, from where can i get the scripts.
