how do you go about upgrading the CSA on the Call Manager and other IPT Servers. I am not able to find any documentation on this.
I have three servers :
1.Call Manager 3.3.5
2.CCC 1.2.2 sr1
3.IPCCX 3.1.2 sr3
All are running CSA Version 18.104.22.1689. My questions is , for upgrading
this CSA do I simply need to download the latest CM-CSA executable
upgrade available on CCO an run it on all the servers , or do I have to
download something different for the IPCC and CCC server.
