I am trying to find a way to report all of the users associated with a particular device wether it's a phone or CTI Route Point. It would be nice if dependency records included this but it doesn't. Any ideas?
I looked through CAR already and didn't find any reports for this. I am curious on the DCD scripts though, if you are in a bind and need to find user accounts associated to a device. I could just search through the output for the specific device name I'm looking for and see the user's associated?
