Hi there, I have 8 remote sites and one central, I am using chap on all of them, on the central router do I have 2 bri ports, so I have 2 pools with 4 branches in each pool, what do I need to put on the central router for usernames and passwords, do I just type username and password of each router in the global config, or does this need to be done in each dialler interface ie ppp chap hostname remote1 password test ?

is this correct ?

could I not just use ppp authentication chap, ppp hostname test password test on the dialler interface, or would it use the username and password from the global config mode ?
