Port error message in Unity errors

I have been having this error message about a port having issues with performing a blind transfer and have not been able to find any information on it or any resolutions, and wanted to see if anyone had seen or heard of anything like this. The error states: Event Type: Error

Description:

Cisco Unity's telephony component has encountered a serious error.


EXPLANATION:

No reponse was received on port 13 while performing a blind transfer. This is a serious failure, and most likely parties involved in the call will be disconnected. In some cases, further calls on this port will not be handled correctly.



TECHNICAL DETAILS:

Thread 0x0000165C had a failure on port 13 in method CAvMiuLine::Transfer(eMIU_XFER_RELEASE)


I see it says a serious error, but I am not sure what to do to resolve the issue; should this be a TAC case, or is this something I could be able to fix? Any recommendations are appreciated.
