CSCed54660 - strError on GetLogs for IP Phone Problem Reporting


When trying to get logs for IP Phone Problem Reporting by choosing:

CCM Serviceability -> Tools -> Phone Problem Reports Viewer -> GetLogs

a strError received and Logs can not be shown:

strError1 :

An error occurred during your query.

Error Code = 0x-7ff7fffb.

Error Description = 006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~Server

execution failed .

The above bug was closed because it was found that when the IIS service was

restarted the error was not seen again, and hence it was unreproducible. But if

in your case it does not solve the problem, please try rebooting the Callmanager server.
