I have a multiseites WAN centralized call processing cluster with over than 50 sites. the dial

- XYYYZ where

* X : region code

* YYY : site code

* Z:numbers for this site

Ex: site 107 in region 2 has numbers :

21070 to 21079. that is the global dial plan, but i want use just two digit for internal calls in the same site(XX).

Please if someone have any idea ?

2 107 0 - 2 107 9.

If you want to use only 2 digits dial for intrasite dialing, I would create different CSS (Calling Search Space) and partitions for each site.

So each site will be able to reach all different sites, lets say.

In this Region: 2

In this Site: 107.

Numbers: 0-9

Translation Pattern:

00 - 2 107 0

I would restrict a number(s) for the region code to be used. (Regions can only use numbers [2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9)

So we reserved 0 and 1 for intra-dialing.(00-19)

So each extension in every site can dial only 2 numbers. (use a Translation Pattern and CSS to restrict the access for its local numbers converting a 00 into 21070 or a 01 into a 21071),....

I expected that the real extension is 21070|21079 and using Translation Patterns (TP) and option Called Party transform mask within the TP help you.

So each site can access its local Translation Pattern.

CSS: Site107

Extension 21070 in partition Otherregions

CSS: Site107

TP [01][0-9] in partition Site107pt

CSS: Site107

Called Party Transform Mask 2107X
