Hi,

Please let me know how to force the duplex and speed setting in the PC port and Switch Port of 7912G Ip Phone.

7912 ip phone supports only auto negotiation.,the speed settings cand be altered but you have to change the settings in switch port also. try this link for 7912 data sheet.
