CCM 4.1(3)SR3 - HOLD feature cause disconnect of call

Hi all. I have problem with "hold" feature on CCM 4.1(3)SR3. Pressing HOLD softkey during active call cause disconnect of call.

I tried to debug (debug voice ccapi detail) this situation on voice GW (see attach) and received " DisconnectText no resource (47)"

Please take a debug q931 of the issue, if you see the following:


Out Message -- PriNotifyMsg -- Protocol= PriDmsProtocol

Ie - Ni2ConnectedNumIe IEData=

***Message - Missing Mandatory IE in Sdl Message

Yikes! That's a spooky bug. :-( I would imagine that it isn't happening to a lot of people but I'm very interested to hear what's causing this.
