How to make both services and active phone calls receive the same input?

Hello! I found that if a service is invoked during an active phone call, all user inputs will go to that service, not the phone call. I wonder if there's a way to configure the phone such that both the service and phone call will get the user inputs? Thanks a lot for your help!

I'm afraid you can't have your cake and it it, too. What kind of input would you like to go to the underlying phone anyway?

Hi thanks for your reply. It's just the keypad input I need for both of them, not voice input.
