ICS 7750 Callmanager Subscriber 4.0(2a)es18 (active) could not be rebooted

On ICS 7750, One module of Callmanager Subscriber 4.0(2a)es18 (active) could not be rebooted, I found there was a process of DOS Command line was running, which people telnetted to the gateway for some tasks, but could not terminate this windows. or maybe some other reasons which caused the callmanager could not being rebooted.

How can I reboot the Callmanager after backup the database, and do not reboot other devices? Any other issue I need to care about?

I will go for backup the database first, and press the small hole "SHTDN" to shutdown the module, after that reseat the module, the power will back and rebooting the CCM.
