Basically,

1. Create the directory on the flash of the router mkdir flash:desktop/320x212x12/

2. tftp the image files and List.xml file to that path. Be mindful of case.

3. Add the files to the tft-server flash:desktop/320x212x12/XXX.png and List.xml
