Hi,
i already successfully tested 802.1x with the supplicant of the CTA 2.0.30 without doing Posture Validation (only default rule = healthy) with ACS 4.0.
Now i wanna ask you, if there is anyone
who has experienced the same case on older versions of ACS.
If yes, how did you do it.
with kind regards

Harry,
you can setup 802.1x on older versions of acs if you do not want to do any posture assessment. CTA is only needed if you are intrested in doing posture or want to use a free 802.1x supplicant.

yeah, thats the plan, i wanna use the CTA as free 802.1x supplicant at the beginning, and deploy posture assessment later. So i do not have to install the CTA then, just "upgrade".
thx
