I'm having some trouble allowing port 8080 through my router.

Any suggestions on what I can do to my config which is attached?

Try to remove the access group 104 out of fast0/0 and see if the translation works now, I assume that is what is not working. If it works without the access-group 104 then you need to twek your accesss-list 104.
