VoIP Calls dropping

Unanswered Question

Hi,

I have a 2811 router with CCME installed. I've configured VoIP to allow calls across the WAN to the head office. If I place a call to Head Office, the phone rings by the users cannot hear one another. I've run several debugs but I'm not getting to the source of the problem, does anyone have any suggestions.

Hello,

can you ping the telephones from the voice gateway?

Verify connectivity first, then check for voice configs.

Without further info (network toplogy, voip resources, configurations, load on interfaces) there are just to many possibilities.

You still can try to follow the guide "Cisco IOS Voice Troubleshooting and Monitoring Guide"

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps5187/prod_troubleshooting_guide_book09186a00803050a6.html

Hope this helps! Please rate all posts.
