I'm new to CRA script development, and now am forced to play arround with that. I need to play a different prompt when the caller calls on holidays - that's where I'm stucked right now. I found a variable where you can define date, but this is probably what I need. It's not prefilled automatically with the current date.
It would be fine to enter a date in App. administration web page every time prior the holidays occures it does not have to look to a file for the list of holidays (this would be great hovewer).
Does anyone have played around with this and could share the idea or even the script itself.
We have CRA 3.5 - without the database 'access' feature.

there is couple sample scripts that do what you need, one uses xml doc to check for holiday, another used database.
