CiscoWorks Sync Archive failing

I am trying to sync archive the config of our 515E PIX. It is sys_logging but the config will not archive. When I run the Credential Verification Report it states the Write Community has failed. I have re ran the Edit Device Credentials again and again.... what now?

I believe the only way to successfully archive the config of the PIX in CiscoWorks is to use Telnet / SSH.
