I got a error message from ACS 3.3

Unanswered Question

I running ACS 3.3 over six months and running smoothly , Recently i got a error message from ACS server

From "External User Database" -> "Database Group Mappings" -> "Windows Database" -> Select "AD Domain" -> "add mapping" -> Got Fail Message "Failed to enumerate windows group , If you are using Active Directory consult the installation guide for information"

Anyone can tell me how to resolve the problem

You need to set logging to max, then manually re-start CSAdmin from the control panel. Try the UI page again then save the csadmin/logs/adm.log file.

Most likely something within your AD network has changed if ACS has suddenly stopped working.

Anyway, you may need to open a TAC case because tracking down AD problems can be long winded.
