Unity is dual integrated to a CME and Callmanager.
I have setup a call handler that attempts to transfer to a subscriber's extension at XXXX (phone that is registered to CME). The transfer type is set to Supervise transfer, and "Ask Callers name" option has been checked. When a caller calls into Unity and when Unity transfers to above extension, it appears to be a blind transfer, rather than supervised transfer. I dont hear the caller's name announced on the phone.
If the same setup is set with Callmanager, supervised transfer works as expected.
Is this a CME limitation ?
