Location Applinace problem

Just unboxed a brand new location Applinace and following the setup steps. when I get to where I have to configure the ifcfg-eth0 file I put in all the changes and try to save and I get a E212: Can't open file for writing error message. I can not get it to work on either interface, I have RW permissions on the file. Does anyone have any suggestions, I am not famillar with redhat so will need detailed instructions of the commands if so be.

it may have the file open. you might try "init 3" then see if you can edit. you can always try ,chmod 777 filename, but that's a bit overkill.
