CLID transformation for redirected external calls in CCM 4.1(3)

setup:

- ccm 4.1(3)

- a call from pstn is forwarded to an external phone on the pstn

I need to add a prefix to the CLID sent by the redirecting IP phone.

This is working when I use the External Phone Number Mask, but not when using either the Transformation Mask or Prefix. I tried these settings for both, Route Pattern and Route Group, neither of them was working.

What am I missing?

Add a Translation Pattern that matches all incoming calls. OR Add several Translation Patterns that match all the incoming calls. From here you can change the Calling party number.
