problem 7911 and Lan port PC

I have a problem with IP phone 7911, when I connect a PC siemens on the Lan port of the 7911, Lan does not go up.

If I put one 7940 A the place of the 7911, it's ok.

If i connect a PC Siemens on the lan switch, it's ok.

My Ip phone 7911 is with a firmware 7.1.11

I think this is due to hardware problem on 7911 ip phone
