Hi. We're upgrading our remote site routers from 2600/3600s to 3845s. In Network Topology I'm selecting LAN i/f ip address(as opposed to the WAN i/f ip address) for management, after the installation of the new router. But as soon as I select, the router disappears from the map & Topology Services.
I've deleted it from CS/RME and seed devices; rerun devicediscover and data collection and then reintroduced it into seed device and repeated the discover and collection but still it doesn't appear in topology services. It is, however in RME/CS and devicediscovery and data collection. Although only as an ip address in data collection. It doesn't show in DCR under CM but does under CS & RME.
Anyone got any suggestions, please?

I guess Campus cannot make out the topology.
The devices is probable in your unconnected devices view.
Check in the devicecenter ciscowork can talk to the device on the newly selected ip address
Cheers,
Michel

Good guess, Michel. Thanks. Even after deleting it from all databases, it still remained in CM Data collection until deleted from Unconnected Views. I could then rediscover.
