RMTM hang up

We use RMTM to monitor ours CCM4.1.2, and some time the workstation go down with RMTM on line, when We wants to reconnect the RMTM, It can't do.

Ours solution is restart the PUB.

Ours question, Exist on CCM services any service that We kill and restart?

We no look fine restar the PUB.

Restart RISDC / IIS. Update your Internet Explorer(6).

It could also be a bug ( check the bug tool on cisco).

Finally you should take a look at the Eventviewer of your CCM you may found more details.
