have anyone ever experience this problem: we got two ACS servers for a client (primary and secondary). we configured the primary one and is working ok. However the secondary ACS cannot boot. Once you connect the power cable and press the power button, the ACS starts up (you can hear the fans), shows the blue LED for less than five seconds then just keeps stops. Nothing else happens, all LEDS are off and no sound, dead.

Hi,

Not sure, but your problem could be related to hardware issue -> can't even bootup. At least, the machine should be able to boot and gives you visibility either via console or screen (if you plugged monitor/mouse/keyboard)

Any reset button to test further? Dead machine - not sure yet.
