As per the dial-peer command, you can have more than 2 billion dial-peers.


(config)#dial-peer voice ?

<1-2147483647> Voice dial-peer tag


But the number of dial-peers you can configure would be limited by the physical memory. Couldn't find any doc that says how much memory is used per dial-peer. May be someone else can shed some light on this.


I did a quick check in my router by monitoring the memory usage before and after adding a dial-peer. It seems to use close to 4 KB per dial-peer. This value is not be accurate as something is always happening in the box.
