I'm getting data from CSQsSummary table in db_cra db, but it's missing one value that I need: current longest wait time. It shows longest wait time for the day, but not current longest.
I think I can somehow get it from contactQueueDetail and contactCallDetail, but I'm just not sure how to link those 2 together.
Also, how can I get a list of all call details currently in wait queue?

Thank, but that link is for historical reports. I'm looking at real time data. Specifically I need current call info from the waiting queue.
