IPCC 4 recording question

Reading the IPCC 4 SRND. Quoted here"The two physical Recording servers work as a single logicalRecording server (a "recording domain") and recording tasks are load balanced in a round robin fashion across the two physical Recording Servers"

It says using round robin for the recording. Just want to get claricification on this round robin. Per wav file or per supervisor or something else? Thanks

It is for wav files. Sharing of wave files done with two physical servers in round robin fashion.
