If you are in rommmon mode try following command:

connect router e0 to machine ethernet with cross cable.

following are list of command:

IP_ADDRESS=PC GATEWAY IS THIS IP

SUBNET_MASK=SAME AS YOUR PC

DEFAULT_GATEWAY=YOUR PC IP

TFTP_SERVER=YOUR PC IP

TFTP_FILE=WHICH IOS YOU WANT TO UPLOAD,IT MUST IN THE TFTP DIRECTORY.
