I can't call new DN until restarting ccm service

Hello,

When i add new phones with new Diectory number to my clusters i can't call any of them until i restart the callmanager service????

What cause this problèm ?

Thats no good sth in DAE is broken.

Which CCM version?

How many servers in the clusters?

SQL replication is fine?

DBLHelper is all green?

No NIC missmatch?

All servers running same CCM version?

i have 2 servers in my clusters. CCM version is 4.1.(3). i will make verefication of NICs and SQL replication!

I would apply latest SR not 100% percent but dont remember any SR as critical.

Will be good to check SQL and DBL,SQLServer and SQL Server agent accounts.

Any error in EV?

Check passwords synch with adminutility.

i have verefied the following :


1) NICs

2) EV

3) SQL services

4) DBhelper : one db is red and i have resynchronise it.


please how to replique DBs manually ?

to replicate the CCM db manually perform the following:


in SQL Enterprise Manager: (on publisher)


click on: 'publisher'>replicationMonitor>Publishers>'database'>CCM03xx:CCM03xx


right click on SnapShot in right hand window; choose StartAgent. (will start in a minute or so; if not it will give the reason why under the LastAction field)


when the snapshot is completed the subscriber should pull it automatically. if it does not, right-click the subscriber in right hand window and choose 'StartSynchronizing'


sub should synch up DB and finish. (if not it will display the reason why it could not under the LastAction field)
