4500 SUP V Uplinks

Hi, does anyone know what type of gig uplink ports these are shipping with today? The picture shows two GBIC interfaces, but I thouhgt Cisco was moving toward all SFP ports. Thanks for the help.

Hi Ryan,

There are two flavors of the SupV, WS-X4516 and WS-X4516-10GE.

The WS-X4516 does have two gig GBIC uplinks, and the WS-X4516-10GE has two 10GE interfaces and 4 gig SFP ports.

Sup5- has two normal GBIC fiber ports. Sup-5 10GE has 2 10 GE ports and 4 SFP ports.
