java.exe takes all the CPU process with the CDR

hi all,

i have a prob with a client, as he has a IP telephony one server setup CCM ver 4.0, the number of devices is around 80 device, the problem is when starting the CDR analysis service, the java.exe is taking all the CPU resources and it gives 100% utilization all the time untill ending the service process

have u any idea for this prob?

is this simply by starting CDR Analysis service or are you going into ART as well?


is this ccm integrated with AD?


are auto-generated reports running?

Symptom:

java.exe starts consuming 100% CPU.


Conditions:

Enabling "Traffic Summary - Day of Month [Monthly]" Report.


Workaround:


Disable "Traffic Summary - Day of Month [Monthly]" Report.

Java.exe consumes 100% CPU leading to CallManager restart


Symptoms:

java.exe consumes 100% CPU during the times CAR reports are scheduled to run and

eventually the CallManager process stops.


Conditions:

CallManager 4.1(2) with the CDR Analysis and Reporting service running.


Workaround:

Disable CAR

that is exactly what am doing, but when i disabled the CAR i wasnt able to run the CDR insert service schadualy so no CDR updates was given,

noting am running the load every day and i think this is a good interval for such setup
