Just to make sure that i can use ONE CD-3560G-EMI upgrade for more than one Cisco 3560G switches with Standard images?

I am quite sure that legally you CANNOT use ONE upgrade kit to upgrade more than one switch. I also suggest that you check with your local Cisco account team for a more definitive answer.
