Changing the Redirect Number

I have a small script setup that when a user calls in to the ICD queue and waits 60 seconds it will be transfered to the operator. The customer does not want the external number to show when it is transfered out of the queue to the operator, they would like to show a different number like 5555 so that she knows that it's from the queue and not an outside caller. Is there a way to set this up?

One solution could be to route calls through a translation pattern before sending it to an operator. For example assume the oparator DN is 1000.

1. create a new partition Xfer_Operator-PT

2. crate a translation pattern with DN 1000, apply the new Xfer_Operator-PT to this TP

3. under "Calling Party Transform Mask" enter 5555, make sure that the Calling Search Space applied to this TP has access to the oparator's partition

4. Locate the Calling Search Space applied to the cti ports used by IPCC, and add the new Xfer_Operator-PT partition above the operator's partition, or remove the operator's partition.

This should do it, everytime a call will be redirected from a cti port to operator, it will first go through the TP which transforms the calling number to 5555.
