Voicemail cuts off after about 5 seconds

I have a site that if someone calls from outside and tries to leave a voicemail it get cut off after about 5 seconds and the person calling does not know this has happened. If I call them from another one of our offices from a VoIP phone it works fine.


Ideas?

Mike,

I'm assuming your voicemail is Unity. Is it integrated with Callmanager or some other system? Take a look at the following link for some troubleshooting tips for this problem.

Yes it was. It turned out to be a timing and routing issue.
