Unity - Unable to add further users

I have recently experienced a problem when trying to add new users to Unity, (4.0.4 (SR1)). The message I get is,

"additional users cannot be assigned to the class of service associated with the selected subscriber template. you have reached the licence limit for one or more of the features enabled by that class of service."

The only document in reference to this is on the web is:-http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/adding_unity_subscriber.html

The one that matches my problem is "problem 1". The problem is that I have already checked that I have sufficient licences (40 spare). the only licenced feature that I suspect is "Unity Inbox Subscribers" .. but then i'm no expert.

Any help would be really appreciated

Thanks

Hi Ken,

The licence counts are:-

Licences seats for.........Total.....Used..Unused

subscriber inboxes..........1200.....1154.....46

Cisco Unity inbox Subscribers..0........0......0

Secondary server.......Not Licenced.....0......-

Unified messaging subscribers.1200......-......-

The only changes made recently is that we recently ran config manager with the aid of Cisco TAC to tidy our administrator accounts.

Thanks

Paresh
