Gigabit Ethernet interface problem

I have the following router 7609.

I have checked the fiber and it's good.

What could be the solution?

Have u connected something to it i mean any device or its a trunk port.Perfrom a no shut under u r interface.

Yes, I had performed a no shut under, but interfaces don't get up. Also, I have made loops but I doesn't work either..

Are you sure that you use the correct optical cable - I mean single mode or multi mode. And double check the polarity (Rx, Tx).

how come ur both the gigabit interface are having same MAC address. just check ur show int output and if possible it could be hardware address. log a call to cisco-tac get it replaced.
