I've got 3 x 1020 AP's and a 2000 WLAN controller. The 2000 is controlling the AP's power and channel selection, and I can see they're 1, 6 and 11 respectively. All seems fine however for the odd long call(<15mins) the call hangs and the phone re-associates. I'm using WEP and MAC access list, I've gone through the config but cant see what could cause it. Any ideas most welcome!

Christian -- Assuming your RF environment was properly surveyed (i.e. proper overlap & coverage), here's a few recommendations:
* Disable 6, 9, and 12 Mbps rates for 802.11g: Will reduce throughput if enabled an mess with rate scaling possibly causing more roaming.
* Disable Aggressive Load Balancing (Controller>General)

Ensure 3.0 firmware for 7920 is used. Also refer to http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6366/prod_technical_reference09186a00805e75a1.html for more info.
