Hello
We're using VPN client version 4.8.0 which is generally OK.
We have a couple of HP 6220 notebooks where installing the client software seems to make the IP networking unreliable - this is without a VPN connection open, just connected to local LAN.
One definite symptom is the inability to ping the notebook from the LAN but also things like some server connections seem to drop from time to time. The stateful firewall is not enforced on the client. Uninstalling the VPN client software and I can ping the notebook from the LAN fine.
Any ideas on this?
Thanks!

Check if the notebook is getting an ip address. If the client has Windows XP,make sure the windows firewall is disabled. If that doesnt work try reinstalling the client.

When you reinstall, try version 4.8.01.0300
