When installing IPCC Express 4.0(3) it asked if I wanted to use G.729a or G.711. I selected G.729a and now want to change my mind. I've re-configured my scripts to use prompts with G.711, now how do I change IPCC to have prompts use G.711?

Hey jason,

you have to re-run the setup (so insert CD1 and run through the install again). You won't lose any data by re-running setup but I would still recommend taking a good BARS backup to be safe.

Look for this paragraph in "Changing Installation Information After Installing" section at this link:

"Perform the Cisco CRS installation

procedure, entering new information as

CRS Software? section on page 5-3."
