DFM (20.4): High Utilization & High Broadcast rate

Hello all,

I'm continuously receiving following alerts from DFM

The threshold limit is set as 50 for Utilization and 30 for Broadcast.

This message is very frustrating since it is been generated for each Cat 6500 and once every one to two hours.

Please suggest any configuration (bug) changes to stop these kind messages.

DFM requires quite a bit of tuning especially the notification alerts. I found setting my thresholds for 85% util, 45% broadcast only alerts me when there is a problem in the network. Adjust the thresholds on the configuration page and see what works.

Once your threshold levels are setup correctly the alerts will clear. Preventing the 100's of useless emails every day!
